In the month of june 1997 a number of us decided to reflect on the present state of the Breton Movement. The assement isn't bad but still very insufficient on a political plan.
In effect, fault of not knowing how to convince, not knowing how to communicate and also hazardous alliances the Breton political Movement was never successful in passing the 3 % mark in regional elections.
The last results in april 1998 unfortunately confirm this fact.
From this deliberation came the will to create a structure which would give a second wind.
The result is the basis for a new movement capable of assembling all of whom want more regional freedom for the 5 Breton departements.
